Note 1: Your NTG7 navigation license should be active. You can check it in your ‘Settings-License’ section.
Note 2: With this update, you can easily switch between map regions. No additional procedure is required.
Note 2: Please include your VIN in the order notes.
Note 3: The activation code (PIN) is tied to the VIN of the car and to the specific version of the maps.
Note 4: This is a digital product. Maps and activation code (PIN) will be sent to you within a maximum of 24 hours.
If Your Car Model Is Not Supported Or You Don’t Know Which NTG Command System Your Car Has Please Contact Us, So We Can Help You. Once the activation code (PIN) Code is generated, there is no return option for this item.
Instructions:

- Prepare your Windows laptop and a 64GB USB stick or SD card.
- Download the map files to your laptop (The map link will be sent to you after the payment in the email).
- Format your USB stick to NTFS.
- Unzip the downloaded map files directly to your empty USB stick without creating any folders (place them in the root directory).
- Insert the USB stick or SD card into a free slot in the car.
- The navigation map update will launch automatically.
- The Map Pin Code will be requested on your screen.
- After entering the pin, the map installation will take between 1-2 hours to complete.
(If it doesn’t work, try using another USB slot or restart from the beginning.)
