How long does delivery take?

We aim to process orders within 24 hours. Shipping will depend on the location:
  • North America: USA 3-9 working days.  Canada: 6-12 days
  • South America: 12-30 Days. We would prefer to ship to US forward mail service. That would be much faster.
  • Europe 3-7 days
  • South Africa and Middle East 14-30 days. In some cases could take up t0 45 days.
  • South Asia 14-30 days
  • Australia and New Zealand 14-30 days

All digital products are shipped within a maximum of 24 hours.

Do you provide tracking?

  • Yes we do. You will be sent an automated shipping notification as soon as your item is dispatched with a tracking number. Please use the Track Order menu option to track your order.

Can I cancel an order?

  • ;( Sure if you let us know quickly, our warehouse are very keen especially if you’ve requested Express shipping option. Obviously we cannot cancel if your order has already been dispatched – in that situation please get in contact to arrange for a return and refund.

My order didn't arrive!

When I will receive my refund?
