Refund and Returns Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, magazines or any kind digital products (generated PIN codes, firmware, generated licenses) cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
SD cards with navigation must be unused to be eligible for return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept SD cards that have been activated in a vehicle, as they are locked and cannot be used in a new car.
Additionally, if a buyer did not carefully read the product description or made an error in selecting the product for their vehicle, a restocking fee of 30% and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at email@example.com
To return your product, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will provide the return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Incorrect Item Delivered
In the event that you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will cover all expenses for the replacement. The delivery of the new and correct item will be at our expense, as well as the return of the incorrect item. Please contact us, and we will work to resolve your issue promptly.
