Virtually anyone with a phone running Android 6.0 or newer can take advantage of this service. That’s right—even users with older phones, up to 10 years old, can utilize this solution. To put it simply: if you have an Android phone, this solution is for you!

The specific car model is less relevant, as the multimedia systems supporting this function have been available in various Volkswagen models since 2016. However, not all users may have activated this feature when purchasing their vehicle or may not have chosen the appropriate equipment. Our activation service targets owners of “Discover Media” and “Discover Pro” navigation systems, for whom App-Connect support exists but requires activation.

Beyond navigation, VolksWagen App-Connect Android Auto enables the use of music applications directly on the car’s screen. This means users can access their entire music library from popular streaming services such as Youtube Music, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Spotify, Tidal, and Audible.

Traditional Features: Basic communication functionalities remain available, with enhancements including access to the phone book and the ability to handle messages from SMS applications and messaging platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram, or Zoom directly from the car’s screen.
