Update your Nissan in-car navigation maps following one of the 2 methods available. NISSANCONNECT IN-CAR SYSTEMS.
Method 1
Automatic Map Update
Once you’re done with the following procedure, your Nissan will check for new maps every 7 days and will alert you when a new one is available in a pop-up window.
Step 1
Select ‘Info’ from your in-car screen.
Then select ‘System Information’.
Now select ‘Map Update’.
And select ‘Map Update Settings’.
Now simply select a favourite region.
Confirm your selection from the pop-up displayed on the screen. If a new map is found, a message will appear.
Method 2
WIFI Map Update
To use this method, you’ll need to have your car next to a Wifi hotspot or use your smartphone’s connection.
Simply select ‘Info’ on your in-car screen, then select ‘System Information’ and choose ‘Map Update.’
Select “Update via Wi-Fi.
If a map needs updating, available updates for the areas you select are displayed. Just choose ‘Yes’ to update.

To get the latest version – simply update.
