   Installation is not easy at all but the product works great and is half the price of similar items on the market. The device is quick and works really well. But have to emphasize how tough it is to install and that you have to pay attention to the instructions closely or your unit won’t function properly, had to spend 2 hours troubleshooting it.

   It looks great in my ct200h, the connection has no lag via WiFi! You have to look at how you have the screen settings (brightness, contrast, saturation), but it works spectacular! Very happy with my purchase.
   I do not know if it is possible to configure the voice command by pressing the steering wheel button, but a hey Google also works

    Used to install Android Auto in 2020 Lexus rx350 f sport. Works flawlessly, as soon as you get in and start the car it boots up into Android Auto like factory.
   Only thing missing in directions was a wire you need to install underneath the controller/menu button, do not forget this wire because without it your touches will hit the old system along with the new system and it's a pain to have to tear everything back apart once you figure it out like I had too..... LoL great system overall, had it a little over a month and it has worked flawlessly!

   But customer service makes me give it 5 stars. Lexus in their wisdom decided against AA and ACP being native in their 2017 RX 350’s and this is an acceptable solution. The install isn’t hard but know that you must install the joystick cable and if you are going to use AA then you most likely will have some issues with BT connectivity and lagging response in the interface and choppy audio.
   I’m not instilling a lot of confidence in this am I? Well, if you ask Road Top for help you will receive it and it is good. I managed to work out all these issues with the unit and now I’m as happy as I could be with a unit that lays over the existing interface and is quirky from time to time. There are other units out there and they cost as much as $800 but from what I’ve seen when I listen to reviewers they have the same issues this unit does and, well, price is a consideration at that point so that’s why I bought this.

   Works great so far and I've had it for almost a week now. Connects about 10 sec after starting up
   I didn't bother connecting the audio for carplay because I can play music via Bluetooth and have the carplay on at the same time and it looks just like I'm playing from my carplay.
   Initial setup was a little confusing but after a little bit I have it figured out
   I put the decoder in the glovebox of my GS-F but you can put it in between the radio and glovebox as well

   Worked great on my 2017 RX350. The unit was relatively easy to install if you are confident in removing car panel pieces. Manual was missing a few bits of installation information but the seller (ninetom) was quick to respond to help with the installation. After a long trip with it and a few weeks of use, here are some things that I have learned about the unit.
   
   - Installation for my car with the remote touch joystick, OEM nav, and 12.3in screen required use of an extra cable that was in the box but not in the manual. The cable had to be plugged into the joystick in order to prevent the joystick from "clicking" on both the OEM screen and the CarPlay screen at once. Do not plug in the cable that draws extra power from the screen.
   - Movement on the CarPlay screen is limited to "left/right" and "page up/page down". This isn't the same navigation that you'd expect as on the OEM screen, so it takes a bit to get use to but it works relatively well once you understand it. I think it might be marginally better than the original system since you don't have to be as precise with the movements, but typing on it is a chore.
   - In order to get the steering wheel controls to work, you need to enable "no swap" on the steering wheel controls option in the menus.
   - I'm no audiophile but the audio sounds relatively okay on my Mark Levinson system out of the box and the display looks relatively crisp for a wireless connection. A little compression can be seen if you are looking closely but it is not an issue while driving. Overall it looks really nice on the large display.
   - Wireless CarPlay connects pretty quickly and reliably for my iPhone 12 mini on iOS 16.1.1.
