Look at your screen. Do the icons in the main menu spin around in a circle (carousel style)? Do you drive a model like the A-Class, CLA, GLA, or GLE from around 2015 to 2019? If yes, this is likely your system. If you are worried about buying the wrong one, just email us your VIN first. We will check it for you to be safe.

Why do I need the PIN code?

You can't update without it. The map files are locked. The PIN we send you is generated specifically for your car's serial number. It is the key that unlocks the update.

Can I do this on a Mac or PC?

PC only. Unfortunately it wont work with Mac. You just need to download the files and move them to a USB stick (32GB or 64GB is usually best).
