⚠️ Important: Gen20x vs. NTG 7

Many users confuse the Gen20x system with the previous NTG 7 generation because they share an identical visual interface ("Zero Layer" design). However, they are technically different:

• Different Hardware: Gen20x runs on a newer, more powerful hardware architecture.
• Different Files: Map files from NTG 7 (v24+) are not compatible with Gen20x (v13+).
• Verification: We strictly verify every order using your VIN number to ensure you receive the correct files for your specific head unit.

If you have imported a new Mercedes-Benz (W214, CLE, GLE 2024+) from the USA or Canada, the navigation system will not recognize European or Middle Eastern maps by default.
