Received next day, Updated the maps within 30 minutes( fast broadband). It was plug and play in my C class. easy to operate. Traffic information is very helpful. If you need to change the volume of the navigator, you have to increase it while its being played.Highly recommend it. Saved over 180 pound over Mercedes.
