I think they'd only need to improve their responsiveness though, as I didn't get any notifications of shipping or replies for the first 3 days of ordering the item. They also didn't ship through DHL, as they promised on the FAQ; they shipped through the postal union, so I ended up still paying for the shipping fees through our local postal service. It wasn't that much though, so it's kinda fine.
Overall a purchase that was worth it!
