How the digital option works (Mazda Connect 1):

• You receive a download link plus a step-by-step instruction.
• You copy the files to an SD card (your existing card, or any suitable SD).
• You run Mazda Toolbox and complete the update process as instructed.

Delivery (Europe first, plus digital options)

Europe is our main market for Mazda sat nav SD cards, with strong demand coming from Germany and the United Kingdom, plus other large EU markets.

Physical SD cards (Europe): Orders are shipped across Europe from our two warehouses in the United Kingdom and Lithuania. For many common destinations—Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Italy, and Spain—delivery is typically around 7 days under normal conditions, with similar timing to nearby markets such as the Netherlands, Norway, and Poland.

After cross-border transport, final delivery is handled by the national postal operator in the destination country, for example:
