All parcels we ship with DHL expedited international shipping. Usually customers receive parcel in 10-14 days. But sometimes there can be short delays.
Be sure to check shipping number with your local post office tracking. Sometimes local post delay parcel delivery. International Economy Shipping to South Africa and South America can take up to 40 days (extraordinary cases).
If you have ordered an item by mistake i.e. wrong model, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the item is not working, or you need a replacement, we can reimburse shipping costs to you in full.
